A Message From Our Founding BrightSpark
Hey there! I'm Ewan, and I've got to be honest with you - I started BrightSpark because I was fed up.​
After 20+ years working my way up from dishwashing at 13 to leadership teams at Disney, Celebrity Cruises, Genting Casinos, and Marriott, I'd seen enough soul-crushing, one-size-fits-all training to last a lifetime. You know the kind - death by PowerPoint, generic modules that treat your amazing people like robots, and "learning" that everyone forgets by Tuesday.

Here's what I learned working front-line service and then designing training for thousands of employees: people don't need to be fixed or molded into some corporate ideal. They need to be met where they are, lifted up from that place, and given tools that actually work in the real world. Whether I was crafting digital learning programs or coaching executives to reach their potential, the magic happened when we ditched the corporate playbook and got real.​
