Their existing eLearning was outdated, with too much text-heavy content that made it difficult for learners to engage and retain information, images that were just a little out of place and out of date, and a look and feel that didn't match their current brand's polished tone of voice.

We tackled the information overload by conducting a complete curriculum redesign, making the content far more learner-friendly and easy to digest. Our redesign focused on breaking down complex, text-heavy modules into smaller, bite-sized learning segments.
